From the library homepage, either hover your mouse over or click on the "Borrow" link on the top blue ribbon. This will open a new menu. From there, select "My Illiad login" to be taken to the next page, where you will be asked to sign in using your CSUF credentials.
The next page will be an overview of your account. To view your recent request, look in the View section to the left of the screen.
If you don't find your request under "Outstanding Requests" or "Electronically Received Articles," check under "Cancelled Requests" to see if it may have been cancelled.
Any received articles will appear under "Electronically Received Articles." From here, you can view the article.
If you'd like to save the article, right-click or save as using the browser's "File" menu.
