Subject consultant Librarians are assigned to each CSUF Department to help you with the following:
Library Instruction
- teach custom information literacy instruction sessions for your class, online or in-person
- develop a custom learning plan for your students featuring Pollak Library online tutorials
- create Library Guides for your class or subject
- help you lower the textbook costs for your students
Material ordering
- work with you to order library materials in your area
- arrange trials of electronic resources like databases
Research Assistance
- meet with you to provide an in-depth research consultation
- conduct outreach to your department's students by staffing a table at your events
