The Library provides full-text to thousands of newspapers worldwide via the library's news databases. To see these databases, click the blue "Choosing Databases" tab at the top of this page. However, the databases typically provide only the text of articles (just the article words), not the graphical layout: no photos, no graphics, no ads, no columns, etc. If you are seeking the graphical layout version of newspapers, the links in the box below take you to the front pages of newspapers worldwide (but just front page teaser, not the entire newspaper...that requires a subscription). The full graphical layout--of the entire newspaper--for the 3 newspapers below is available for free or a discounted fee:
1. WALL STREET JOURNAL (FREE!)
Provided free to CSUF students from the Economics Department of CSUF's College of Business &
Economics. To register to access it, click here: https://www.wsj.com/csuf
2. ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER (FREE!)
The OCR provides its full graphical layout via the Library's Newsbank database. Access it here:
https://libraryguides.fullerton.edu/az.php?a=o
3. LOS ANGELES TIMES (DISCOUNTED)
There is currently no free CSUF access to the full graphical layout of the LA Times, but it offers
discounted access to CSUF instructors and students, here.
