1. Visiting the Ho Chi Minh City public library ("General Sciences Library"), a partner in the ALA ASEAN Sister Library project. With me are librarians Ms. Van Anh Nguyen (R.) and Ms. Tran Thi Hoan Anh (L.) The library was originally built in 1972 as the National Library in the South.
2. Delivering children's books to a Ho Chi Minh City district suburb elementary school, for the Pollak Library and CSUF Vietnamese Students Association joint project, in partnership with the HCMC public library. Below: conducting story time reading (Frozen!)
3. Conducting an English language training activity at the U.S. Consulate's American Center: "Using American TV Game Shows to Improve your English." The event was attended by 75 high school and college students.
