How do I find information about a company's benefits & salaries?

Corporate Web Sites

Features: Many employers, particularly large corporations, will provide some type of information about the benefits and compensation they offer employees.   Go to the web site for the company you are researching (www.ibm.com, www.disney.com, etc.) and locate their employment or recruiting pages for more information. 

Collective Bargaining Agreements

Features: A collection of CBAs on file with the OFFICE OF LABOR MANAGMENT STATARDS. 

FreeERISA

Features:  Allows the user to search through Federal filings of pension plan and welfare/benefits plans of U.S. companies.

Jobstar California

Features: Links to over 300 salary surveys on the Internet. Salary surveys may be chosen by profession or region.

Glassdoor.com

Features:  Self-reported job titles and corresponding salaries for companies around the world.

Features: An employment guide to hundreds of companies.  Each company profile includes a section on benefits.  Updated Annually
