General Information about the Pollak Library's United States census materials :

Our holdings for censuses prior to 1960 are sporadic.  Beginning with the 2000 census materials are distributed online.

To locate volumes owned by the Library search the library catalog using the subject heading United States Census [1790, 1800, etc.]

American FactFinder : "Your source for population, housing, economic, and geographic data."  From the U.S. Census Bureau this system will find and retrieve the information from some of the Census Bureau's largest data sets.

Census 2010 : 2010 Census website. Note: Not all 2010 Census reports have yet been released. 

Census 2000 : 2000 Census website.

Census 1990 : 1990 Census website.

Historical Census Reports : Census of Population and Housing 1790 - to the current date.  PDF files of selected data available for the 1790-1950 censuses.
